No One Walks Alone

Join us at this free family event along the LINC trail (exact location TBD). The event will include multiple Coping Skill stations such as pet therapy, art therapy, yoga, music,. gardening, vision boards, and more! 

This is an opportunity to honor loved ones that have lost their life to suicide as well as raise awareness of mental health illnesses - including suicidal thoughts.

Learn ways to cope with feelings of anxiety and depression and new skills to strengthen your mental health! Use this as an ice-breaker to speak to your kids or teens about mental health!

Registration is not required.
